Pet Hotel offers a home-style environment where pets can stay with their fellow pet siblings and feel at home
We make sure your pets’ experience matches their personality and we will make changes throughout their stay so your pet is most comfortable.
- Our luxurious accommodations include spacious indoor/outdoor daycare facilities, private play sessions, cuddle time, and access to toys and playmates.

Yes, all our rooms present “home-style” accommodations. This means the rooms are designed for the whole pet family and maximize your pets comfort.
Pets from the same family can share a room.
Standard check in and check out time is 9:00 am to 11:00 am and 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm. We also have after hours pickup which ranges from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm for a small additional charge.
Boarding
Only your pet’s food. Everything else is taken care of. You are welcome to bring a favorite chew toy or blanket, however, they are readily provided.
Be sure to bring ample food to avoid a meal charge. Pets tend to do best if they remain on their current diet, so this helps limit upset stomachs.
- 1st choice is to upload it to our booking portal. You can also text over a picture or bring in a hard copy.
- Our runs provide the option for indoor and outdoor access whenever the pet pleases.
No, you do not need to bring your pet ahead of time. We consider many factors for social time and place similar temperament dogs together.
We consider size, weight, breed, whether they are an eager player or display timid interactions. We would not place a shy dog, weary of their environment, with an over-eager to play dog. Rather dogs with similar temperaments quickly find friends at Pet Hotel when placed with friendly dogs with similar activity traits.
Typically, we limit social interactions to no more than 8 dogs at one time.
- We follow your pet’s regular feeding schedule as closely as possible to maintain their routine and ensure their comfort. Feel free to provide us with detailed instructions regarding your pet’s dietary needs.
Expectations
We are flexible and will always try to accommodate.
Two households live on the premises (Kathleen, the owner of Pet Hotel and Angie the owner of the on-site Grooming, Kimberly’s Boujie Pet Salon) which affords greater flexibility than most places.
- Sure! We provide periodic updates throughout the stay. If you’d like to be updated more often you are always welcome (and encouraged) to text for an update. We can send photos and more as desired.
- No problem. Just go back into your reservation and the red cancel button is in the upper right-hand corner. Click it and your funds will be returned right away if you are within the grace period, (As long as there is 72 hours notice).
- No there is not any additional charge. We want your dog to be as comfortable and happy as at home.

We provide temperature controlled rooms with communal style indoor play areas.
The suites present home-style accommodations- windows, furniture, TV, chairs, pictures and more. This lets families roam together and enjoy direct private outdoor access.
Over 1 acre of real-grass outdoor park-style play space with a dog friendly wading pool for hot days.
- Trees, cones, toys and playground to play tag and make many play mates.
- Dedicated areas to provide sheds and sun for your dog’s preference.
We ensure that pets only socialize with others of similar size and temperament.
We also have dual control safety features in place. For example, the entire property is secured by an 8ft chain link fence which is only one layer. This design allows us to let your pet be in a safe & secure environment that is not a cage.
Owner’s personal residence is on property i.e. 24/7 oversight.
